My dd loves this doll we got from John Lewis (I’ll try and add a link). But it’s a bit small for her now and I’d love to get her something similar but bigger.

Yes there is.
Tiny Treasures dolls are essentially the same but bigger.
They were exclusive to Argos/Sainsbury's but I think you can also get them in Smyths now.
They are adorable 😍
