We have a Toot Toot Drivers Fire Engine. It sings this song (to the tune of Hot Cross Buns):

What the heck is that word? It sounds like fares? pears? airs?
Should surely be something like 'lives'......but we just can't make sense of it.
Can anyone help before we throw the wretched thing out of a window?! 😆
