What is the modern equivalent of fabuland?

Im looking for a three year old to be able to build different buildings creatively from big component parts- wall sections rather than bricks. Like the old Lego fabuland. Is there a modern equivalent? Sorry I've googled but struggling to find and thought someone here might know .

I bought a lot of Fabuland on eBay I don't think there is any equivalent sadly.

Thank you, maybe second hand is the way to go then. How silly of them to stop making this kind of thing!
