Mine loves his tablet so he can watch Peppa Grin

On a serious note, he really likes puzzles and his teddy bear. And picture books.

Mine loved his ELC garage, kitchen, wooden railway and happy land.
I work in a nursery and those are also the most popular toys there!

My ds - brio (still loves it now aged 5)
My dd - toy kitchen

Thanks, i have few key peices i can keep then :-)

Never heard of Brio before, just googled it and this is definitely on the Christmas list!! Looks amazing, he currently carries his tool box around 'fixing' things and am a little concerned how good he is that i may have a loose door at some point! lol

Fab, DH will enjoy that too!

A little wooden trike he rides around the house

DD1: Duplo and Happyland (plus her balance bike)
DD2: Dressing up and dinosaurs.

The toy kitchen plus food was a firm favourite too.

Little tikes car, must say I let them use it indoors in the winter. DD now uses it as Ds is 5 but will still tatty to squeeze inside.

Cheap pack of diggers from Symths. Very popular in our sand pit still

Carry along garage was a huge hit with mine

Playmobil 123 Ark and Barn he plays with them for hours. His favourite game is getting every figure he owns on to the ark and shouting "Full capacity gangan" and insisting I stack another figure on the overloaded ark. He also gives reasons why each figure goes on the ark so Daddy Pig needs to go on the ark because he is an expert. His mama figure needs to go on to do housework. His gangan figure needs to go on to make wobble cakes. His horse needs to go on because you have to walk if you don't have a horse etc etc. Then when they inevitably fall off he tells me "Oh rubbish gangan!" and we start again Grin

Toy till

MsChatterbox · 12/10/2021 15:04

Duplo. Played with it every day for 2 years (age 2-4) and still going!

snazzynamechangetiming · 12/10/2021 17:43

@hiredandsqueak playmobil 123 is great really so much better than the fiddly stuff. It's totally underrated, but I love it. Although I found the arc a bit big to store, so I think it sales away to the charity shop.

Both my boys loved toy kitchens at age 2
