I need help with my kids toy

My kids toy broke and i dont know how to fix it. Does anyone know what glues to use because my kid is traumatised with the state its in

Yes its plastic and an arm and leg have both came off

What is the toy? And do the arm and leg need to still move?

Its a toy baby and it doesnt matter if the leg and arm dont move. As long as they are reattached thats all that matters
