Toys for 3 year old

My nephew lives in Canada , I’m in the UK so I’m thinking of sending him something from amazon Canada for Christmas . I need ideas . He is 4 in August . Seems to like construction , dinosaurs , dragons . The usual i suppose really .
Ideally I’d like something good quality for around £30 .
Ideas appreciated !

My twins are the same age, and the most played with toy in our house is the wooden (Brio) railway

Lego, get a starter pack, says from 4 but mine had it from 4

Magformers if he likes construction and doesn't have any already!

If he has Duplo, you could get the Duplo Jurassic world T Rex tower and the Gentle Giants petting zoo sets.
