Can anyone recommend me a playmat for a newborn?

FTM due April - want a nice playmat for baby with a few toys on it (mirror, rattle etc). Can anyone recommend a nice one that's good to use from birth?

There’s a lovely beige teddy bear one I have that is still sold in mothercare, has rattles, mirror and a pull down vibrating toy on it. It’s abour £55 I think but most of them are similar.

I bought mine second hand as it can be completely washed- maybe have a look on Facebook market?
