Piano and guitar for 5 year old

Hi

My DT have asked for a piano and a guitar for Christmas.

Trying to find something which is age appropriate and not too young. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Looked at a brand called Bontempi (I think that was the name) which looked ok.

Trying to find something between a preschool toy and a proper instrument. Thanks

You could probably pick up a proper 1/2 size guitar for about £30ish which would be suitable for a 5 year old! Not sure about the Piano as our DS started lessons for his 6 birthday but inherited a old bit quite decent digital piano from his grandpa.
