balance bikes - any reccomendations?

thinking of getting my son a balance bike for Christmas. He is 2.
Don't really know where to start. Is it worth spending a lot?

Likeabike Kokua - brilliantly sturdy meal ones, very robust and great colours. High resell value too. have a look at the reviews on here too. You can buy brake sets with them as well. There is even a new version that is a balance bike first, but which converts to a pedal push bike later only I've not seen it. Have a look at your local gumtree and preloved pages if you don't want to buy new - you can pick up great bargains.

Strider bikes are good for younger toddlers - it's really light.

Zooom bikes are good for older toddlers as they introduce a hand brake
