Not pink dolls house furniture

I'm making a dolls house out of a small suitcase for DDs 3rd birthday. I don't have any furniture and I just wanted to get a few pieces that we could add to over time. I just want some simple wooden furniture, but it only seems to be pink in the shops. Colourful would be fine, but everything seems to be primarily pink - any suggestions on where else I could look?
Or... any way I could easily make a little?

I got DD some off ebay, it was plain wood and you could do paint it yourself, I got DD a bathroom set and painted it grey with a blue trim, was quite fun Grin

Also YouTube has some brilliant ideas for making your own furniture, with cardboard/wood/fabric etc.

Ikea has got some great furniture, it's their classic stuff in miniature

I bought some realistic looking furniture thats quite intricate and realistic looking, rather than the chunky pink furniture you often find. Though its best for children above the age of four. www.kidzownit.com/melissa-and-doug-victorian-bathroom-furnitures-set
