Micro Scooter or...? What are the slightly cheaper alternatives?

I want to buy one for DS aged 4.5 (small but nifty on his current baby ish one) and one for DD who is aged 8, has a now old and rusty two wheeled one.

Is the mini micro scooter worth buying for DS, or will he grow out of it too soon?

what about the Razor Scooters? For DD. They look quite good? Are they?

And, the ozbozz version of the mini micro scooter for DS?
