How to wash non-removable Fisher Price dolls clothes?

One of the DC has two dolls, both Fisher Price talking dolls (the little mommy and play-all-day ranges?) and I suspect they were not cheap though both were presents.

After 5 years the clothes are very grubby/dirty but the arms and legs are sewn into the clothes, and the clothes are stitched into the neck. Surface washing doesn't come close to cleaning them, especially as one is a white babygro outfit!

These are my child's favourite toys so I can't just throw them out despite the health hazard they now pose!

Does anyone have tips on how to clean the clothes on these Fisher Price dolls? I know they are popular so there must be a way. I contacted the manufacturer but they couldn't help beyond "warm soapy water", i.e. surface washing.

I'd post a picture just to illustrate how dirty they've become with just surface washing but I don't know how.

They have seen a lot of active use..
