buyers beware .... We bought my daughter an innotab 3 s for Christmas to help with the long car drive to visit my motor in law and now we are finding it impossible to get it to play videos. We have tried 3 different ways of uploading her films but every time we try and play a video we get an error message... Has anyone else had more success? Considering returning it as it feels like a con

If I was you I would take it back and get a proper tablet. This is what I did as I was so disappointed with the innotab. It worked ok but thought it was a rip off and my daughter was soon bored with it. A cheap tablet with lots of free apps is much better value.

My DH said it was really hard to get films on our innotab 2, he had to download a video converter on his laptop to convert the format of our films. Maybe Google for a guide on how to do it?
