My 5 year old is asking for these for xmas. Does anybody have any specific knowledge of these. I have read a few reviews to say that they dont always spin? or work properly. I was going to buy a pack but then it said you needed to buy a launcher (?). Help! somebody. Tell me if they're useless. otherwise I need some more Ideas for 5 yr old needed!
