Anyone got an Ultrasport Kick Scooter from Amazon - which size?!!

Hi, DD is turning 7 this month. I am thinking about getting this scooter from Amazon - but it lists 2 different sizes - 12cm and 20.5cm - but I can't work out what those sizes actually refer to and can't decide which scooter would be best for DD! Help!!

Wheel size?

If it's wheel size then go for the smaller one as its closer to the ground and easier for him to push.
