Twist and ride scooter! Same as micro scooter???

I have just come across a twist and ride scooter, is that the same as micro scooter? It's much cheaper! Is there a large one like the maxi micro scooter?

prob too late for you but my mum bought this for my girls who both are brilliant on mini micro and they both found it much harder to rode more wobbly
