Both my girls(7 and 5) love to sing so thought about getting a microphone with an amp or a karaoke type machine but not sure what to buy. I want it to be something they can use themselves i.e not necessarily linked to a television etc but have read some poor reviews of some machines. We are very i-pod/ i-phone friendly so perhaps something that has an i-pod dock? not sure wether you have to have proper Karaoke type songs on there though as opposed to just singing along to the music we have already. And cd player ones- again do you have to have proper karaoke cd's to be able to sing along. Are there any that you can just use as the microphone with no music playing but an amplified voice iyswim? Any advice/reviews or recommendations greatly appreciated.
