Anyone got a btwin run ride balance bike?

They're very cheap (£29.99) and just wondering if they're any good? Was thinking of buying one for my almost 3 year old

Just bumping this as I'm looking for a balance bike for my uncordinated 3.5 year old. Was excited to find this one, but then see it has solid tyres so am having second doubts. Does anyone have any experience or advice? tia
