Dinosaur toy for 5 year old

Do you have any suggestions for dinosaur themed toys for a 5 year old boy. He probably has the majority of the figures (schliech?) and I think he has some playmobil stuff already.

Please could you recommend something else?

5 is not too old for a soft toy - Wild Republic do some fantastic ones, see here

my dds have loads of them, they are very well made and very cuddly!

more schliech figures so he can have herds? ds (7) liked this at that age and still plays with them now, we never found any dinosaur toys better than the figures
