Best solution for swing, slide, climbing-frame, playhouse in a small area?

Have a 4 to outdoor girl, who will remain an "only". She loves to climb and is into swings in a big way. We had to leave her LT playhouse behind when we moved.

Although our garden is a reasonable size it is terraced and each lawned area isn't big enough for an enormous playset.

Is it best to look for a climbing frame with slide attachment and separate swing; a playhouse on stilts with slide; sep traditional swing, slide, playhouse?

I have looked on every website and now I'm totally confused Grin Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't want to fill the entire garden with toys Grin

We got one recently from [www.plumproducts.com here]] it is under play centres and is called the swashbuckler I think. Has a pirate theme. I do have a ds 4.

We have got the TP Frontier Fort, it ticks all your boxes, and at £200 not hideously expensive. DC are 2 and 4 and love it. Was a bugger to get up though, mind you I left it to DH Grin

Thanks for these suggestions. The Fort looks like it would be our best bet, and will fit on our middle terrace. Many thanks- I'm sure I'd looked at this one and discounted it, but it does have everything DD wants.
