We've been trying to buy an engine from these people for a couple of weeeks. Ordered it on the 13th, paid for it on the 14th and we've heard nothing since. The website still says they have them in stock. They've not replied to our e-mails and I've tried ringing them every half hour today but always got voice mail.
Are they usually pretty good?
