My 3yo DS does not like wearing his bike helmet. He wants to push it up so that it's not covering his forehead.
I have tightened the straps so that it doesn't move, and put the thinnest padding at the front, but he complains that it's not comfortable and keeps fiddling with it. It's getting to the point where he doesn't want to ride his bike because the helmet is bothering him.
It's just a basic one from Halfords, costing under a tenner. I'm wondering if we would have more luck with a BMX/skate style helmet, or whether a more expensive bike helmet would be the answer, but before I shell out any more cash, would like to know if anyone else has been through this.
