Bought a lovely Playmobil ark set on ebay. It's in great condition and I'm really pleased with it BUT I was planning on storing the ark itself (and all the little fiddly bits) and just giving DS the animals to play with now (he is 19mo) but they seem waaaay flimsier than the old ones I remember playing with!
Elephants look the same, but the zebras, giraffes etc all a bit bendy and the lions are chunky but with bendy tails that I think will get chewed off...
So it's all going in the massive box of things that are too big for DS at the moment :(
Am I just imagining it or were they sturdier in the good old days?
