Please can any one out there tell me whether they've had any issues with the deluxe film replica Jessie doll rrp £40?
We bought the doll for her 4th Birthday 2 weeks ago and she absolutely loves it, but her white shirt is already getting grubby and can only be washed gently with a sponge, that's a tad annoying but not half as annoying to find that the yellow velvet that covers her shoulders is already rubbing off too as well as the fake red stitching!!! I'm horrified to think I spent this amount of money for a toy thats clearly not been designed for play and durability,is it not a toy after all!!!????!!
Please let me know your thoughts, I'm not sure what to do next as we bought it over 2 months ago so out of money back guarantee period. ( we only bought it early knowing how popular they would be)
Thanks

I'm not sure where 2 months comes into it (but I'm not a legal expert). I would imagine you are within your rights to take it back if it is faulty. You seem to be suggesting that it is sub-standard rather than actually faulty, so I'm not sure what the shop would say.

I will watch this thread with interest though as I believe Santa may be bringing one to this house Wink.
