What the best car track toy ? Hot Wheels ?

Need to get my 3 and 5 year olds one for christmas. Have seen quite a few - Sainsburys had one of their own for about £20 but not sure how good it was ? I wanted one of those that has the plastic track that fits high up on soething and then you just run the cars from the top and they loop the loop etc - anyone got one they can recommend ??

Anyone have one of these ?

Hot wheels are always a let down.

DS1 really liked them when he was 5, but building them is a PITA.

WE now have a huge box in the garage of HotWheels pieces.

His 6th birthday was a Hot Wheels party, though, so it couldn't have been all bad.

i bought my 3yr old the hot wheels toy story on for his birthday, its ok but to be straitened out after each go. other than that its been great

Ah I did think that might be the case...did think I might just get the Toy Story one so thanks for that - do the normal hot wheels and the Toy Stpry one match ?
Anyone else know of any that are any good ???
