What do you think of Moxie Girlz?

My DD (6) is asking for Moxie Girlz dolls this christmas and I am just wondering what others think about them. I have resisted the Bratz dolls that she has wanted for the last 2 years because I don't like the name and think they look a bit weird but these Moxie Girlz don't seem to offend me quite so much.

What do you think?

My 6 year old has a few and really likes them. she had the one where you can colour the hair for her birthday and has had fun doing that. Look much nicer than bratz I think.

Many retailers are dumping Bratz, not getting new lines in (although there is a 10th year anniversary campaign coming up).. For longevity I would go with Moxie, as at least the brand will be around next year for girls to look at

Moxie girls are the replacement for Bratz, as over the last couple of years MGA and Mattel have been having legal battles over who owns the rights to Bratz (seems the designer was still under contract with one, made the original design and hopped to the other)...The legal results keep saying, bratz cannot be sold / moulds to be destroyed, then one appeals etc (I get the trade mags)...so MGA have introduced Moxie
