Hello
I am entering a whole new world here...cubic metres of woodchip!
The man we are buying the climbing frame from said woodchip was better than bark. What are your experiences? How long do they last, do they degrade etc.
Thanks for any thoughts.

I like your name - mine used to be 'bring on the rose'!!
I hadn't thought about rubber. |Thanks for the idea. Whihc rubber did you use? Where did you get it from? I have found some from a company called dunweedin who supply B&Q. It feels like a wierd concept. Does it dry out ok and it doesn't go all slimy?

I got it a few years ago, so can't remember all the details. It's made out if old tyres and they use it in playgrounds and horses arenas? It stays really dry and doesn't go slimey. I remember I ordered mine online from a place in Wales it turns up in a huge bag.
I think the only down side it the smell for the first few weeks it smells really strong of rubber.
The upside is it is lovely and soft to land on and safe on bare feet too.
