You have the 6 of Swords, The Devil and the 9 of Pentacles. All upright

The 6 of swords is a card of transition, of moving away from a turbulent situation into calmer and more peaceful waters. That the mother and child depicted are being rowed by a third party it suggests that help has been forthcoming when needed to bring about this change.

The Devil represents your shadow self. It depicts a couple ostensibly chained up and helpless but in reality the chains are loose and they could easily free themselves. They are only held by their lack of will to make the change. If this resonates with you this is where you should ask yourself what is holding you back? You received help to get where you are now. What is it that now stopping you moving forward? Is it actually something tangible or is it a lack of confidence to make the change?

The final card is the 9 of pentacles. This is a lovely card. It represents luxury, wealth and abundance, essentially enjoying the fruits of your labours. Are you actually in a better place than you think you are ( remember the devil will tie you down with doubts and uncertainty if you let him)? If you are not here yet then it is yet to come once you rid yourself of the devil's influence.

You have The Emperor (reversed), 2 of wands (reversed) and the 6 of cups (upright). You haven't given me much to go on here and this is the hardest set of the 3 to interpret ( which is why I left it til last!)

The Emperor represents power and authority. Reversed, it indicates the more negative side of those attributes, dominance and control. This could be you or it could be an important figure in your life. From the next card I would read it as the latter.

The 2 of wands is a decision card. Reversed it suggests that you need to take another look at a decision you have made. Look closely at your personal goals, do they truly align with your deepest beliefs and values or have you been influenced ( that Emperor!) to go in that direction?

The final card is the 6 of cups. This is a happy little card, full of childhood innocence and freedom from care. It also hints at a possible new relationship if you are in the market for one, if not then it could be a new friendship or even the rekindling of an old one. I couldn't resist drawing a clarifier and got the Page of Cups. Pages are often the bringers of messages and in Cups they are often related to emotions.

Thank you so much, I can understand why it looks like a difficult reading to interpret. For some clarity I’ve had a lot happen this year that’s been completely outside of my control - redundancy whilst at a very vulnerable part of life and losing a new home due to our circumstances to name a few, but you’re right I’ve made some absolutely beautiful new friendships this year too after a period of isolation
