I see you as being very intelligent and ambitious. If there's a new opportunity or training of some kind ahead, go for it. this could bring a lot of stability in the future for you. If there's any tension in the workplace, rise above it, don't get involved.

You've got a number of options and a choice to make. Weigh up the pros and cons logically. Sometimes when you are overthinking you don't see what you already have around you. The grass isn't always greener so don't rush in
