The Tower, Ace of Swords and Two of Cups

I pull daily guidance cards every morning. One for each person on my team as they are a changeable bunch and i like to get a feel for the day and spend some quiet reflection on the cards before I go in.

Daily guidance was two of pentacles which had been my highest managers card the day before. For him that day i then pulled the Tower. Obvs freaked out, I asked for clarification - Ace of Swords. Further confused I asked for one more and got two of cups.

no idea what to do with this. I took ace of swords to be a kind of positive, and two of cups to be v positive… but the tower… what?

any readers have any ideas?

It depends what you ask though.

What will my interaction be like with manager today?
Or
What will happen to manager today?
What energy will manager be in today?

They will all get different answers. And potentially pull in their private lives too.

Do you ask permission for their higher selves to look into their energy? Or do you just ask in relation to your interaction with them?

I don’t ask anything except give me guidance for the day. I suppose I consider it to be; what is their energy today.

With this manager he is often hot and cold to me specifically - but he is flirtatious with everyone, and he has v high standards (but is always happy with my work) and we work quite closely at times, so you never know what you will get.

My first thought was; Tower, he’s going to sack me.

Ace of swords; ok maybe he has a new job or project in mind for me instead

Two of cups; ermmmmm 😬

No need to go into crisis mode with the Tower, it’s not always catastrophe. Have you done anything worthy of being sacked?? 😅It could be something like a project he’s working on has gone wrong, and he needs to start over, a big shift in his personal life… anything really.

I haven’t done anything even remotely sackable in a normal work environment but they can be a bit hot and cold, hence me doing the daily guidance in the first place 🤣

The project thing could be true but the tower felt too harsh for something like that. Perhaps he’s leaving and will ask me to go with him?

I’ll do it again on Monday morning as always, it’s just weird that the two of swords was my guidance that day too, and had been his card earlier in the week as well. It seems like there’s a choice to be made somewhere.
