Which even today, you can't explain?

When I was at college a girl called Lara died in a car accident Sad

We were all called into a meeting about it. Then our lecturer who was holding a pile of wipe clean laminated cards for us to write on turned over the first card to see 'Lara' written there.

I used to mess about with tarot cards a bit.
One sunday during a slow shift at work I read my own cards, they foretold that an older male family member would die and that their funeral would be in December.
Following the shift I went to my parents' house to collect DS and DD. My mum told me that one of my uncles in law had died suddenly that day, it freaked me out a bit as it seemed to tie in with my cards from earlier in the day, except that it was september at the time. I presumed that I'd simply counted the cards incorrectly.

A few days later I was again at my parents' house and read my mums cards. The death card came out, I reassured her that this probably just referenced a new beginning as death very rarely means death.
Then I asked my Dad if I could read his cards, he wouldn't let me. In fact he became quite irate which wasn't at all like him and told me not to mention the cards to him again.

My uncles funeral came and went and I hadn't read my cards since my Dad had shouted at me in september.

On 24th November my apparently fit, healthy, fifty three year old Dad dropped dead. Heart attack.
His funeral was the 8th December.

I don't consult the cards anymore.

Oops sorry about that, I somehow hit the wrong button before I'd finished. @HotSince82 I'm so sorry about your dad.
