What happened in the follow up from a poster on this board?

It was last year in about April. She and her DP were in a sleeping pod on the Isle of Skye during a snowstorm and something terrifying happened to her DH in the night. Her DP wouldn't talk about it but told the owner of the site a little. The owner had done some digging and found out a lot and wouldn't tell them on the phone. So they were going back the following October. Apparently the OP did a follow up but it was posted in Chat, so it went 'poof' eventually.

I'm not a believer in 'woo' at all, but I'm so nosy intrigued about what happened. Please, someone put me out of this suspense!

Op came back, said she would update that afternoon and never came back.

Someone did come on the thread and pull the story to bits. Reckoned it was a load of rubbish.

Like how could she hear screaming over the storm?

And how did Tristan hear him from the house and get to him before she did?

There's a little part of me that likes to think it was true and maybe it was the wooness of the situation which alerted everyone, like a sixth sense? And that the OP didn't like not being believed so didn't come back.
