North West Hosepipe Ban?

Does anyone know if we are still allowed to use hosepipes to get water to the horses field, I'm guessing there might be some kind of exemption but maybe have to register with UU?

Be a PITA to do it all with buckets especially when they get through so much in summer.

Will anyone be able to see you doing it?

They will, don't know if they'd shop me but you can see us from the road.

The ban prohibits the use of hosepipes or sprinklers to either water your garden or wash your car anf that's it [nods]

Perfectly alright to use a watering can or bucket & sponge and definitely OK to top up your water troughs with a hose.
