Anyone want to join me? Haven't a clue where to start but am growing podgier by the minute and starting to get out of puff during an hour long lesson

I've already started trying to tackle the podginess but have only lost about 4lb so far. My fitness plan was scuppered by doing my back in so all the gardening/cycling/riding I wanted to do hasn't happened yet! (plus ds has been at home as he wasn't well). I hope my back sorts itself out soon as dhorse needs riding and it'll be half-term before we know it. I want to be thin and fit before the summer hols!

4lbs is a great start though! That is a nuisance about your back, what happened?

I haven't got any scales so will have to measure using ease/difficulty of squeezing into clothes as my guide, or when horses stop buckling under my weight

Ah well I was digging a potato patch. I was doing really well and had nearly finished when my mum appeared with sandwiches (she doesn't understand the concept of gardening to burn calories and keep me away from the fridge) so of course I just had to sit down and eat them. Got up, grabbed fork, stuck it in ground and my back just went. So my pensioner parents had to finish the digging for me .

Oh well, it's a lot better today so I've been riding, hurrah! Only problem I had was getting off, I had to sort of slither down the side and land as gently as I could.

Scales are scary, I get a bit addicted to weighing myself in the hope that a miracle will have happened since I last got on them lol.

Lunge lesson! You know how you can't walk the next day? Well that has got to do some good right? Or you could muck out and ride my two horses as well if you like

Pixel ouch!

Well it gets worse. I've managed to sprain my ankle and when I was putting the wheelie bin out earlier I hurt my wrist. It's swollen up so much I've had to take my watch off. I'm supposed to be having a riding lesson tomorrow, oops!

Pixel you are in the wars!

Alice you seriously wouldn't want me on your horses, good idea about the lunge lesson though - has been a while since I last had one. Maybe can have one this afternoon
