Hi

Got back in the saddle yesterday after an 11 month gap, due to pregnancy.
DS is 9 weeks old and is second baby.

Whenever I cantered, I leaked wee!

It was so bad that I had to get off and put on a sanitary towel

I NEVER had this problem after the birth of my first baby and both deliveries where ventouse/episiotomy.....

So I guess my pelvic floor is pretty much gone, but my question is........

Will it every get better, have any of you lot ever had a problem, and how did you solve it!

Thanks you very much

Can't say I've had the same problem, I only leak when I try and do trampolining! I must say though, 9 weeks doesn't seem very long for your muscles (internal ones too) to have gone back to normal. I'm sure things will improve in time.

pilates - it will improve your riding also.

Ha thanks for advice.

I rode again today, and did a bit of cantering in the school and did a little jump and guess what.

No weeing!! Yippee
