Icelandic horse cartoon 1990’s

I’ve been trying to remember the name of an Icelandic horse who featured either in a cartoon in a pony magazine or had his own magazine in the 1990’s. Any pony mad girls of that era remember? Did I dream this? Any ideas of what the mag was?

Was it definitely in the 90s? A friend of mine runs Little Vicking Horse blog which would have started in the late 2000s and I believe have been featured in various magazines over the years.

Your Pony magazine with a black shetland called Rascal who was the mascot. Apparently it was printed by a Dutch company and Rascal was originally called Rakker.

I was convinced Icelandic as gaited, I remember as it was the first I’d learned of gaited horses
