I am very out the loop when it comes to current prices . I have 4 acres , 2 stables and a similar size tack room / storage which I've been wanting to rent out . It's sole use , own private entrance , mains water no electric or sand school in south Hampshire where land is hard to come by as it's being swallowed up for development.
Any idea of price I could offer it at please .

Depends where you are in the country OP?
I pay £330 for 3 stables, a store room, tack room and access to a school and a hay barn. We have electric, and a tap for water near the stables and a very long hose to take it to approx 12 acres split into 3 fields. I'm in the south east and am very aware of how lucky I am... Friends near me pay a lot more for a lot less, one pays £180 for a stable and a horse sick 2 acre field that he shares with 2 other people but it's the best place for his geldings special needs.

I pay DIY livery £150 per horse.
All year round turn out.
stables inside a massive barn
Running hot and cold water
electricity and lighting
Concrete yard so no mud
loads of hacking but no arena

it's with a friend and on the Welsh boarder so much cheaper than I'd expect in Hampshire.
