Part loan - insurance

So have taken the plunge and are taking on a part loan 4 days a week for Dts.

We need some form of insurance right? 3rd party liability? I know BHS offers it but conflicting info from Google.

If anyone had any insight that would be great.

We had BHS when DD was part-loaning. It was an essential condition of our loan agreement, we ended up just keeping it on for peace of mind when we bought a pony if our own. The vast majority of our yard uses BHS - no complaints!
