What size for me?

Hi,
I am 5ft2 inches and 11stone. What height horse/pony roughly do you think would be best for me if I were to go pony shopping 🛍?
I prefer the feeling of riding something big but need to be realistic about what I could handle on the ground with being short 😆

15.2?

15.2 is what my friend has been suggesting too.
I currently ride between 14hh to 17.1hh at a RS, I'm definitely more secure on 15hh + ponies are hard work 😅

Height isn't the issue, weight carrying capacity of horse is.
For welfare reasons you want to be no more than 15% of horse's bodyweight including tack (1.5 stone)

5’2” and 11st on a 13.2hh

all mine are New Forests, my biggest is 14hh

Love being small short, you can tide most things 😂
