BCG vaccine for sarcoid

Long timer lurker here. Does anyone have any experience with treating sarcoids with BCG vaccine? My poppet is a 9 year old warm blood. He developed a sarcoid directly below his eye which was fast growing and had surgery in autumn to remove tumor. Margins were bad due to close proximity to tear duct. It’s now come back and he is having series of BCG vaccine as it stimulates immune system. Has anyone tried this? Hoping to avoid more surgery as so close to eye. I know there are several types of sarcoid. This one is under the skin and skin looks normal not warty

One of my horses had a sarcoid on his belly. We discovered it in summer so not ideal to remove it (flies). I started giving him a teaspoon of turmeric with black pepper mixed in oil in every feed - the sarcoid started breaking down within 6 weeks and disappeared in 3 months. We stopped giving him the turmeric and it came back so restarted it and it went for good.

Worth a try.
