Hi fellow equestrians. Can anyone recommend a natural supplement for my 15 Yr old Highland pony mare please. This last year her seasons have been increasingly worse. She is flirting with our gelding and taking her anywhere is proving to be a nightmare as she's so distracted. I'd rather not put her on Regumate, but if anyone has used a natural supplement successfully I'd appreciate any suggestions.

A friend had to use oestress for her mare or she turned into the actual devil, I wasn’t convinced it did anything (she was fine not in season) until I saw her without it - may be worth a try?

Agnus castus is the active ingredient in Oestress and similar. It works really well and is cheap - 1kg will last you ages.
