Thermal riding boots in child sizes?

DD really feels the cold and if I am to keep her riding through the winter she needs some riding safe thermal boots. She has extremely narrow feet in size 2.5 but an adult size 3 will just fall off her :(.

Wellies would work if they have a stirrup safe sole (most kids wellies seem to be wedge ..) oh and ideally I don’t want to spend a massive amount as she is growing rapidly!

Has anyone found or seen anything that will fit the bill? - the best I have seen are fur lined jodhpur boots from decathlon - but they don’t seem at all practical for dealing with the mud in a DIY livery yard this winter!

My daughter has the Mark Todd fleece-lined boots which she says are very warm. They have them in child sizes and they're quite good value.

Urgh, I remember the misery of cold feet when riding, I found thick wool fisherman socks (the long white ones) were perfect, kept feet and legs warm (did need to go up a riding boot size). Although they were thick, I could still feel where I needed to place my feet in the stirrups. I don't ride anymore, and thermal boots or thermal linings have probably improved exponentially over the years, so my suggestion may be dated and unhelpful.
