How much do you pay for your yard?

I’m based in Warwickshire and own a private yard. It has 7 stables, a tack room, 6 acres of grazing and a decent outdoor school with floodlights (although the lights admittedly aren’t brilliant). Room for several horse boxes/ trailers outside on hard standing and barn to store hay and straw etc. The riding out nearby is excellent with direct access to bridlepaths etc.

What should I charge for someone to rent the whole lot on a private yard/ DIY basis?

What else do I need to know?

Before anyone jumps in and suggests this, running it as a full livery yard is not an option for me, as we’ve now moved away.

I pay £115 per week in London for part-livery (they do everything except ride 5 days per week) but you have to muck out on a weekend

But there are no add-ons for hay or bedding. It's fixed at £115 per week

With your location I’d approach Polo yards and see what they say.

Our wee boy is on grass and is treated like a king. I pay 50 a week.

165 a month DIY stable and grazing x

You need landlord insurance (I get mine via NFU)
I would say at least £500 a month. Where I live two stables and two acres in a field usually goes £300 a month.
might be worth asking a local estate agent who also deals with agricultural matters.

At least £1000 a month.
