Help. On hols, Possible cast horse next door

On hols, Spain. I’ve no way into the area where the horse is. But it has been lying in sand all day. I think it can’t get up. Don’t know who owner is - I only have Air bnb owners details but don’t speak Spanish. Don’t want to cause hassle but worried. How would I know for sure?

Does it look in good condition now it is up? Might be the angle of the photo but it looks thin.

Yeah, I agree, it does look a bit thin. The other horse in there is in great condition so maybe this one has something wrong. Still walking around.
