Leaving yard with no contract

I've decided to move yards and reserved a stable at a new location. I've booked travel for 2 weeks time, just need to tell current yard owner.
I pay monthly but we have no contract or any form of paperwork/agreement.

Would i be ok to just give 2 weeks notice? Instead of a month? I've paid up until the end of this month, just need to pay outstanding hay money which will be done before I leave.
Thanks in advance x

If you’ve got no agreement or contract then you can do whatever you like really. 2 weeks is fine as long as you’ve paid for it
