Anyone feeling ripped off by paying £20 for something that doesn’t stream properly on Apple devices and keeps buffering and crashing?

I feel ripped off by it not being on the BBC red button, but you're right in that paying for a service it should at the bare minimum actually work!

There was about 10 minutes mid-afternoon when it kept buffering but apart from that it was fine 🤷‍♀️
