I have just had built a new mini yard of two large stables and pony box / storage barn , all 12 x 12 . It has mains water , lighting will probably be solar but there is mains electric elsewhere on the property if needed. It is self contained with its own access and is set in 4acres . There is no school but one is available locally to hire .
It's so long since I've had horses I'm wondering what sort of rent I could get for it please .
