Small gift ideas for novice older rider

Hello, I wonder whether anyone has any small present ideas for a novice older rider? My lovely Sister has really helped me during DC's recent illness and I would love to get her a small gift to say thank you. She's taken up riding recently and is horse-mad. A book perhaps? TIA.

Good boot socks
Thin riding gloves now we are coming into summer
If she wears a skull cap a nice hat silk
Depending on budget a ticket to an event, outside of the big name ones they are usually pretty reasonable!

Thank you Lastqueen!

Decathlon do a range of reasonably priced riding clothes and accessories or depending on how much you want to spend and how much they cost a voucher towards a lesson for her?

Mark Rashid's books are nice - more about his life working with horses in the States and things he's learned about horses and humans and horsemanship, than how to ride or care for horses. They're very readable and a bit more thought provoking than most.

Alternatively, if you have half an hour to give up and think this would be something she'd like, you could go and take some photos / videos of her riding - lots of horse riders like this as videos allow you to see how you're doing / progressing / where to improve and a nice photo of you with your mount is a good memory to hold on to.

Riding gloves are always welcome as they wear out and you tend to need summer and winter ones.

A whip is an inexpensive but useful gift.

If she wears a skull cap a hat silk.

A hat bag or boot and hat bag.

A book, the DK guide to horsemanship is a good all round title that will take you from beginner to fairly advanced.

A couple of magazines (or a subscription to one) Your Horse or Horse and Rider would be good, probably not horse and hound.

If she is allowed to help get the horses ready before/after her ride some grooming kit items might be nice.

BHS membership (includes a magazine).

A voucher to use for lessons/hack
