My Rosa, a beautiful chestnut Oldenburg who was retired, I lost her to colic in August 💔

My boy Max, chestnut ISH, who we had to have put to sleep 2 weeks after we lost Rosa when MRI showed a giant unrecoverable lesion in a tendon. That was my husband riding him. He was only 8 💔

My bay KWPN Buddy who we had to permanently retire this year due to a suspensory issue 💔 but he’s happy and doing well in the field 💙

And Hugh who we’ve only had since September, 8 year old grey dapple ISH, he’s fantastic 💙 photo on next post as over maximum of 3..

Fair to say, it’s not been the best of years horse-wise!

Oh thank you 😊 @xelam - he is a beauty! Hoping to get through the winter with no health / lameness dramas with him then we’ll hopefully get another so we can have two rideable horses and husband and I can ride together. This is where we are trying to get to!

I’d recommend headcollar, it’s so comfy for the horses 😊
