Definitely free, although the last 30 minutes (of 90) is a pretty hard sell on her course - which is fair enough. The first hour is full of very good advice about overcoming fear of riding. She's a good presenter.

I really like her - she has some nice short videos for beginners and seems very genuine. The OTTB Youtube videos are hilarious, especially when the random woman offers to take the horses off her hands because she is doing it all Rong with a capital R.
